Helping 2 Heal U

Emotional Freedom

Reiki

Reiki is an ancient form of healing by touch. Rei means universal and Ki means life energy. Reiki is a way of channelling this energy through our hands, enabling the body to accelerate it’s own healing process. It not only addresses the physical disorders of the body, but also opens the mind to the cause of ‘di-ease’ and pain. It reinforces a person’s ability to take responsibility for their life through positive change in attitudes which in turn leads to a happier and healthier life.

One of the fundamental principles of Reiki is that the whole person is treated, enabling the energy to go right to the source of the imbalance and not just the manifesting symptoms. (BCMA)

The Priciples

The five principles.

The first part which says "Just for Today" is pronounced:
Kyo dake wa. Repeat after me . . . Kyo dake wa.
The next part says "Don't get angry" and is pronounced:
Okolu-na. Repeat after me . . . Okoru-na.
The next part says "Don't worry" and is pronounced:
Shinpai suna. Repeat after me . . . Sinpai suna.
The next part is "Be Grateful" and is pronounced:
Kansha shite. Repeat after me . . . Kansha shite.
The next part is "Work hard" and is pronounced:
Goo hage me. Repeat after me . . . Goo hage me.
The next part is "Be kind to others" and is pronounced:
Hito ni shinsetsu ni. Repeat after me . . . Hito ni shinsetsu ni.

Now lets say all five at once:

Kyo dake wa
Okolu-na
Shinpai suna
Kansha shite
Goo hage me
Hito ni shinsetsu ni
